Michael J. Frazelle
Mr. Frazelle has over 30 years of experience handling and trying civil cases in Arizona and California. The focus of his practice is Commercial Litigation, Construction Defect Litigation, Government Liability Litigation, Insurance Coverage Analysis & Litigation, Personal Injury / Wrongful Death Litigation, Professional Liability Litigation and Real Estate Litigation. He has tried approximately 80 cases to verdict and arbitrated approximately 200 cases to conclusion. He has handled approximately 50 appeals and 10 of those with which he has been involved have resulted in published appellate opinions.
